Yes, absolutely. We do not share any customer information and we do not sell email lists. 


Results vary depending on the product and the individual. Some products start working shortly after use, while others can take a few weeks before you see real results. We suggest you take a product consistently, as suggested, for a period of time to let your body take in the beneficial nutrients. Although most of our customers are very happy with our products, all supplements may not work for everyone. Using the highest quality ingredients is important to us. We source herbs, extracts, and other ingredients from the places they grow best. For SLUMBER, the melatonin and magnesium from the United States, jujube from India. We work tirelessly to source the best ingredients for each of our products. All of our products are made in the United States in our U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration) registered and inspected facilities, which are subject to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.

Completeblue is regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). We must comply with the FDA’s regulations for manufacturing our products. In addition, all of our product labels and literature must comply with FDA regulations. Finally, all our advertising sources and information must comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for dietary supplements.

Allergen labeling is also backed with certificates of proof from various non-profit organizations.

The FDA regulates the production, marketing, and sale of dietary supplements. Below are some highlights of their scope of regulation:

1. All manufacturing facilities are regularly inspected by the FDA and must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, which cover everything from verification of raw materials to product testing and labeling.
2. All marketing claims made by the manufacturer are closely monitored to make sure no product claims to cure or treat any disease or its symptoms.
3. Any new ingredient must be submitted to the FDA for review and approval before it can be used in a supplement.
4. If an ingredient is thought to be harmful, the FDA must decide if a) safety warnings need to be included on the label, or b) the ingredient should be banned and taken off the market. 


Our products are all gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free. If ever in doubt, check the front label of our product and look for certifications that signify free of any ingredient. 

Our products are vegan, and by extension, vegetarian as well.

Absolutely. At completeblue, we follow a strict set of processes to ensure every product you buy has the correct ingredients, at the stated amounts, and free of harmful impurities.

Beyond completeblue’s own set of standards, we follow all industry and government regulations. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) carefully regulates the manufacturing processes, safety of ingredients, and marketing practices for all nutritional supplements. In addition, a number of independent organizations have set up additional quality and testing standards that exceed FDA standards. Completeblue is active in several of these programs and follows standards that often go well beyond what’s required.

We take adverse events very seriously. Please seek medical attention if you experience any signs or symptoms that you believe is related to our product.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order from this very website or through Amazon. You can also call our Customer Service Team if you have any questions or need guidance on order placement.

We accept domestic credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Paypal. Finally, you can pay for your products using AfterPay, which breaks down your purchase into bite-size payments over a period of time. We do not accept international payment methods, Visa gift cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. 

Currently, we ship our products to all parts of the United States. We are constantly expanding our reach in other countries, so check back here for any updates. Also, please contact hello@completeblueinc.com to find out more.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for delivery.

Any order over $30 automatically qualifies for free shipping. Any order below that amount will have a standard shipping fee assigned to it. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed prominently in your shopping cart upon checkout.

Please contact your local post office, UPS, or Fedex to inquire about compensation for any stolen, lost, or damaged products. If you need to find out how your product was shipped and the appropriate number to call, email us at support@completeblueinc.com.

Coupons can be redeemed at the last page of the checkout process. There is a coupon box below the order total. Simply enter the coupon number, hit “Apply,” and watch as your discount appears.

If you placed an order and you feel your billing or shipping address is incorrect, please contact us promptly so that we can make appropriate changes before your order is processed. Be aware that we are not responsible for undeliverable items as a result of this.

If you created an account during checkout, you will be able to view your order history by logging into your account. You may also refer to your email for details on your order history. 

Each order comes with an email confirmation of your order history. In there, a tracking number can be found for your convenience. Please follow it closely and watch as your healthy living products approach your doorstep!

Backorder items are products currently in production and are shipped within 3-4 weeks from the order date. You will receive notification when your order has been shipped.

We do our best at completeblue to ensure all of our products are in stock. However, at times, demand for our product can spike, and in those cases production will start immediately for product replenishment in case we suspect running out of stock. Items out of stock come back in stock within 4-5 weeks. Check back here or subscribe to receive notification of when it’s back.


We offer a monthly subscription plan for consumer ease of mind. With a monthly subscription, you will receive your products every month and save 15% compared to a single purchase. You can edit your subscriptions any time, so if you need them sent sooner or postponed, we can accommodate.

Completeblue sells both single orders and subscription orders. The subscription plans are very convenient and can be changed or canceled at any time; that way you get what you want when you want it. With a monthly subscription, you will save 15% on each bottle.

You can cancel your subscription any time. You can log into your completeblueinc.com account to cancel, or you can reach out to us at support@completeblueinc.com at least 3 days before the next ship date, and we will cancel it for you.

Just visit your completeblue account, where you can change your shipping information accordingly. If you have any trouble, just reach out to us at support@completeblueinc.com at least 3 days before your next shipping date and we’ll take care of it for you. Requests that come in less than 3 days before the shipment is set to ship may not be able to be accommodated but we can facilitate returns if your order does ship out. 


Our unique product guarantee is probably one of the best in the industry. We offer a 30-day Competitor Replacement Guarantee. If for whatever reason your product does not meet your expectations after 30 days of use, we will purchase one month’s supply of our competitor’s product (your choice) and send it to you for free.
